While performing bar checks at Loso's Pub, a female, identified in ICR#09800791, was found to be
under the age of 21 and exiting the rear door of the pub. In speaking with the female, she stated that
she walked in the ub without bein carded. See re ort in case file for additional.

LOCATION OF OCCURRENCE: 21 Minnesota St W - Loso's Pub
REPORTING OFFICER: Johnson, Matt 7707 DATE OF REPORT: 05/04/2009
On May 3, 2009 at approximately 0030 hours, myself, Chief Jansky, Sergeant Pfannenstein, and
Officer Tiffany were performing bar checks. When we entered Loso's Pub through the front door,
Officer Tiffany and Chief Jansky were at the rear. While walking through the bar, we checked several
ID's. Upon exiting the rear, I learned the Officer Tiffany had stopped a female who was fully identified
in ICR 09800791, as she came out of the bar. In identifying this female, he found that she was under the
age of twenty-one. When I spoke with Officer Tiffany, he had the female secured in the back of his
vehicle and was issuing her a citation for underage consumption.
In speaking with the female, she stated she had come into the bar without being carded. She
stated she had come in with some friends and had been in the bar for approximately an hour. She was
given a PBT and was found to have an AC of .07. The female was issued a citation and. released.
