Minutes from November 24,2008
Members Present: Chuck Muske, Alison Brown Bell, Marge Lesnick, Bruce Berghorst and
Lonnie Abbott. City Liaison: Lori Bartlett, Renee Symanietz and Terry Thene.
Call to Order: 7:00 p.m.
Approval of Agenda: Bruce motioned to approve, Marge seconded. Motion approved.
Approval of Minutes: Amend the minutes to correct spelling again. Motioned by Bruce and seconded by Alison
Motion Passed.
Treasurers Report: Motion to Approve Chuck seconded by Marge. Motion Passed.
Budget for Parks: We went thru all the parks and made changes to the CIP per the new Master Park Plan.
Lori will put the new numbers in the plan.
Master Park Plan: Was not available at the time of the meeting.
Staff Notes: Terry is getting bids to dig out the pond at Millstream.
Presidents Report: Bruce stated that he received an E-mail from a person who was asking the Park board to
have the Klinefelter trail plowed thru the winter. After a discussion we felt we did not have the money for this.
There will be an add in the Newsleader for next years Park board openings. Chuck and Marges terms are up
they need to reapply by Dec 28 th to be considered for next year.
Next Meeting: We decided to skip Dec.
Next Meeting is January 26,2009.
