Please find attached the meeting material for the Joint meeting on Monday, June 8. At the last
meeting the process for annexation was discussed and those present requested an illustration of
the process. I have attached the illustration and form for annexation.
Also enclosed is the current Orderly Annexation Map illustrating the areas and timelines in the
existing Agreement. I have also included the same map without the boundaries so you can
outline your ideas for boundaries.
