Minutes from October 27,2008
Members Present: Cory Ehlert, Chuck Muske, Alison Brown Bell, Marge Lesnick, Bruce Berghorst.
And Lonnie Abbott. City Liaison: Lori Bartlett, Renee Symanietz and Terry Thene.
Special Guest :Veronica Anderson from S.E.H.
Call to Order: 6:00 p.m.
Approval of Agenda: Marge motioned to approve, Lonnie seconded. Motion approved.
Approval of Minutes: Motioned by Marge and seconded by Bruce Motion Passed.
Treasurers Report: Motion to Approve Bruce seconded by Alison
S.E.H. Master Park Plan: Veronica went thru a list of 8 concerns that were brought to her by a concerned
person. We went thru each one and were satisfied that we were on the right track.The final print for the Master
Park Plan will be showen at the Nov 10 public hearing in the City Hall Coucil Room. The meeting is at 6:30
PM.Veronica went thru her final plans and we made a few adjustments.Motion by Bruce and seconded by
Marge to approve the plan to be sent to the public meeting..
Next Meeting is the public hearing with the City Council Nov 10 at 6:30 P.M.
Next Parkboard meeting Nov 24~' at 7:00 PM
Meeting Adjourned at 9 Pm
