Minutes from September 16, 2008
Members Present: Cory Ehlert, Chuck Muske, Alison Brown Bell, Marge Lesnick, Bruce Berghorst.
And Lonnie Abbott. City Liaison: Lori Bartlett, Renee Symanietz and Terry Thene.
Special Guest :Veronica Anderson from S.E.H.
Call to Order: 6:00 p.m.
Approval of Agenda: Bruce motioned to approve, Marge seconded. Motion approved.
Approval of Minutes: Amend the minutes to show that Judy Weyrens name was misspelled, its has been fixed
and probably not happen again Motioned by Marge and seconded by Bruce to approve Aug 18t" minutes as
amended. Motion passed. Note Lonnie was excused last month not missing.
Treasurers Report: Motion to approve by Bruce, Second by Alison. Motion passed.
S.E.H. Master Park Plan: Veronica went thru the rough draft of the M.P.P. We made a few changes and she
said she would have them done for the open house, which is on Sept 29t" at the Fire Hall.
September 22°d Meeting with Chris to review the Concept Plans.
September 29th Open House for the public.
