Minutes from August 18, 2008
Members Present: Cory Ehlert, Chuck Muske, Alison Brown Bell, Marge Lesnick, Bruce Berghorst.
Missing Lonnie Abbott. City Liaison: Lori Bartlett, Renee Symanietz Judy Werens and Terry Thene.
Special Guest: Chris Beringer and Veronica Anderson from S.E.H.
Call to Order: 6:00 p.m.
Approval of Agenda: Bruce motioned to approve, Marge seconded. Motion approved.
Approval of Minutes: Motioned by Bruce and seconded by Alison to approve May 19 and July 9.
Motion passed.
Treasurers Report: Paid for the portable bathrooms. Motion by Bruce, Second by Chuck. Motion passed.
S.E.H. Master Park Plan: Veronica and Chris went through the rough draft of the Master Park Plan. While
going through the plan they asked for suggestions or improvements. Also went through the Concept Plan for
Northland Park.
Northland Park: We decided to hold off on putting in the new playground equipment until we decide if we will
go with the Concept Plan. Chris will have the Concept Plan completed by September 22 Park Board meeting.
September Meetings:
September 16t" Park Board meeting with Veronica to view the changes in the Master Park Board Plan.
September 22°d Meeting with Chris to review the Concept Plans.
September 30t" Open House for the public.
