The City keeps the vehicles until the Court case is cleared and the City has received title. At this time the City has four vehicles that can be sold. The vehicles are displayed at the City Hall in the parking area. The City will accept sealed bids until 4:00 PM on June 1.5, 2009. The funds received from the seized vehicles can only be used for police equipment, per MN Statute. The vehicles will be listed on the City website for sale as well as being on display over the 4`h of July. BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: Minimum revenue of $ 3,100 {based on minimum bid) ATTACHMENTS: Spec sheet on each vehicle.
