PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: I am in receipt of both Unions intent to negotiate and AFSCME is ready
to start negotiating. The Council will need to pick two members of the Council to be part of the
Committee. Typically I will meet with each union and receive the proposal, the Council meets in closed
session to provide guidelines for the Committee.

negotiating committee.
