Closed Meeting -Pending Litigation

Immediately following the Council Meeting
The St. Joseph City Council will meet in closed session on Thursday, October 1, 2009 immediately
following the regular Council meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Final Settlement
Agreement for the outstanding pending litigation for the Graceview Estates matter.
