Closed Meeting -Pending Litigation
October 1, 2009
Immediate ll~wing the Council Meeting
The St. Joseph City Council will meet in closed session on Thursday, Octob 009 immediately
following the regular Council meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the ttlement
Agreement for the outstanding pending litigation for the Graceview Estates matter.
The Closed meeting regarding the Final Settlement Agreement for the Graceview Estates Matter has
been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date.
