s Panned Maintenance Agreement is entered into between CUMMINS NPOWER, LLC ("CPlP, LLC"} and you, the "Customer" to perform maintenance servke ~

SERVICE EVENTS

Inspect entire equpment for any oil, water and fuel leaks. Inspect entire exhaust system, air hid system end turbo
chargers.
Inspect cooling system, inducting coolant condition, hoses, radiator, inter and audeE dampers. tnsped condRian and
tension of ail bale. Test coolant #ex3zo pant and additive padtage (pCA) for proper corrosion inhibitors,
inspect fuel system, including above ground main tank, day tank and day tank pump, all visible fud tines tgtd filUngs.
Clean sediment traps, drain water separators and replace fuel filtara es required.
Check conditions of starting batteries, record or adjust battery charge, Inspect electrotyte levels and add tktid as
necessary. Verify charger set5rigs and clean battery terminals as neoded,
