Backgroundd:
At the Augusst 26, 2009 rregular meetiing the EDA approved a Business Faaçade Architeectural
Grant Prograam application submitted bby Christie RRussell-Villnoww of Russell EEyecare. Thee BFA
grant requesst included deesign and connstruction woork relating too improvemennts visible from the
public right oof way.
Ms. Russell has submitted a request ffor payment wwhich includees documentaation of design and
construction fees related to improvemments visible from the public right of wway. The invvoices
submitted thuus far total $1,308.54; therrefore, a 50% match equattes to $654.277.
Action:
EDA consideeration of the grant disburssement is kinddly requested.
