Box 668 St. Joseph, MN 56374 RE: Rothfork Associates/Melrose Associates Properties Ladies and Gentlemen: Rothfork Associates and Melrose Associates propose to sell property in St. Joseph Township. The sale requires the subdivision of the Rothfork Associates/Melrose Associates properties. I have contacted Stearns County Environmental Services regarding approval of the subdivision as an administrative subdivision. Environmental Services has advised us that the subdivision is allowed under the Stearns County Subdivision ordinance, subject to review and approval by the St. Joseph Joint Planning Board. I hereby request a Certificate of Compliance for subdivision from the St. Joseph Joint Planning Board. Please place this request for a Certificate of Compliance on the agenda for the Board's next meeting. With this request I am enclosing for your reference copies of the Certificate of Survey prepared by Dan Kron depicting the proposed subdivision.
