State statuttes require the EDA to connduct an annuual meeting. AAs a part of thhis meeting aan
election of EDA officers is scheduled..
EDA Boardd appointmentts for 2010 arre as follows:
Dale Wick (termm commensuraate with elected office) – CCouncil repressentative
Kenn Jacobson (tterm expires 2011) – at larrge representtative
Carolyn Yaggie--Heinen (termm expires 20122) – at large rrepresentativee
Tomm Skahen (teerm expires 20013) – at large representattive
AlRRassier (termm commensuraate with electted office) – CCouncil repressentatives
The 2009 OOfficers were:
Chair – Dale Wick,
Vicce Chair – Kenn Jacobson,
Treeasurer – Tomm Skahen, and
Seccretary – Carolyn Yaggie-HHeinen.
Action:
Nominationns for the Boaard Officers shhall be made during the meeeting.
