REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: This item is for informational purposes only and no action is
required.
Attached you will find the activity report for the month of January. There were 161 incident reports for
the month of January. This compares with 154 incidents in 2009 and 161 incidents in 2008.
The month of January was average month with the exception of the number of noise complaints. Most of
these complaints did not warrant council action as a warning was appropriate. These complaints did
generate some arrests for underage consumption. In most cases the young folks involved in these calls
were cooperative.
