AGENDA ITEM: Administrator Reports — Equipment Certificate

BOARD /COMMISSION /COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: When the budget for 2010 was established part of the budget was a
proposed equipment certificate which purchased needed equipment. One of the trucks was already
purchased and the council passed a refunding resolution which allowed the equipment to be purchased
before the equipment certificate is issued.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Over the next couple of days staff will be finalizing the request for the
City Council to review.

Financial Impact will be presented when the request is finalized.
REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: After discussion of the proposed equipment, a decision should be
rendered so that the bonding process can begin.
