Councilors
Equipment in the amount of $30,632.00 for the purchase of playground equipment for

Centennial Park.

d. Park Equipment - Requested Action: Accept the quote from Minnesota Wisconsin
Playground in the amount of $4,387.38 for a swing set for Northland Park.

e. Interim Use Permit — Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to
Dale Wick
execute the Resolution of Findings granting an Interim Use Permit to Jordan Onnen, 224
17` Avenue SE as recommended by the Planning Commission.
f. Fire Department Grant - Requested Action: Authorize submission of a grant application
to the DNR for a 6 wheeler for the Fire Department and accept a grant from MN
Training in the amount of $4,000.
