The last Central Minnesota Code Official's meeting was held Wednesday, March 3rd in St. Joe. Lee Gladitsch
was host.
The main items discussed were:
1. CMCO participation at Civic Center Home Show
2. Residential radon control methods
3. Jane DeAustin handouts on foundation anchorage designs done for Builders Association of Minnesota
4. Permits and code review for 90mph garage doors
5. Perimeter insulation methods for patio home construction
6. Egress window requirements in existing rental properties
7. NIST green fire sprinkler study
8. Recall for air exchangers causing fires in residential buildings
Our previous meeting, held in February was in St. Cloud and consisted of a seminar by Electro Watchman
Company on
Wireless Alarm monitoring.
