c. Labor Agreement — Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to
Councilors execute the Labor Agreement between the City of St. Joseph and LELS.
Steve Frank d. Final Pay Application — Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor to execute the final pay
Bob Loso application for the 2005 Northland Heights Improvement, making final payment to Erin
