Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council for the City of St. Joseph met in closed session
on Thursday, March 18, 2010 immediately following the regular City Council meeting in the St. Joseph
City Hall.
Members Present: Mayor Al Rassier, Councilors Dale Wick, Bob Loso, Steve Frank and Administrator
Judy Weyrens
Wick made a motion to close the City Council meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.03
subd.1(d), 2 to discuss labor negotiation strategy. The motion was seconded by Loso and
passed unanimously.
The meeting was opened and adjourned by consensus at 10:00 PM.
