Approval of November 23, 2009 Minutes Marge voted in favor and Cory 2 "d the motion.
Approval of Agenda Marge voted in favor and Cory 2nd the motion.
Nomination and Elections of Park Board Officers
Marge voted in favor and Cory 2nd the motion to appoint Cory Ehlert as Park Board Chair.
No Secretary position was appointed; discussion was that one of the newly appointed
members may consider this role.
Treasurers Report
Reviewed treasures report with no changes.
Capital Improvement Plan
Marge voted in favor and Cory 2nd the motion to except the low bid from MN /WI
Playground Equipment; which having the 42,500 come from the '/2 sales tax for
Centennial Park.
(Note: the council approved 30,632 for playground equipment plus installation cost for
Centennial park Feb 18th)
Cory stated that the Lions Club has 50 hours avail to the park board and that they may be
able to help with the install of the playground equipment. Discussion was to have Lonnie
retain an addition bid for the playground equipment.
