BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Darrell Pfannenstein has turned in a letter stating that he will be retiring
MaylOth 2010. Darrell joined the department in 1980 but over the past few years his work and age
have been conflicting with his ability to do his fire department duties
BUDGET /FISCAL IMPACT: The cost of hiring one new member to replace him (up to $5,000.00)
ATTACHMENTS: None
REQUESTED ACTION: Have the Fire Board approve to replace his spot
