a) Tom Borresch, Interim Use Permit
Administration
PREVIOUS PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing to
consider an Interim Use Permit to allow for temporary sales of accessory buildings. During the process it
was determined that both properties owned by Borresch have compliance issues so that matter was
tabled.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Since the May Planning Commission meeting, the Public Works Director
and Building Inspector meet with Mr. Borresch to develop a plan for compliance. They have identified
the issues and Borresch will be working on compliance. He was unable to attend the June meeting and
requested to come to the July meeting. He has agreed to work on compliance between now and the
July meeting.
As you are aware this was a land use matter which requires action in 60 days. Mr. Borresh waived the
requirement to act in 60 days so the matter can be referred to the July meeting.
