PREVIOUS PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: North Country Trailer Sales appeared before the
Planning Commission to request authorization to park trailers east of the building on surface that is not
paved. The original special use permit issued, required all vehicles for sale to be placed on bituminous
surface.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The public works director and building inspector have yet to connect to
the property owner and will try again on Monday. An update will be presented at the meeting.
