BACKGROUND INFORMATION: With the current changes in meetings and need to fit in special meetings
for 16`h Avenue SE, a revised calendar of meetings has been included. Since it is that time of year again,
a budget schedule has been prepared. If the tentative meeting dates do not work please let us know
and they can be rescheduled. Since we are talking two to three months out we acknowledge that they
may change due to conflict. The schedule is a guide and unless we hear otherwise staff will use the
schedule as a guide.
It is anticipated that the Council will adopt a final fee schedule for 2011 in November and the final
budget at the first meeting in December.
