Background:
At the previous EDA meeting the Board requested invitations be mailed to all property
owners with parcels contained in the landscape plan completed by Scenic Specialties.
Attached is a copy of the invitation mailed to five property owners. I will make copies of
individual property landscape plans for each property owner.
Please bring your copies of landscape plan to the meeting.

Facilitation of the information session is kindly requested.

RE: Landscaping in Downtown St. Joseph
You are invited to meet with the City of St. Joseph EDA on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. to
learn about efforts to enhance green space /softscape within the Downtown. This is a strictly
informational meeting and intended to solicit your input on ideas to promote pedestrian activity in the
Downtown area.
The EDA has information to share with you and kindly requests your presence at the meeting. The EDA
has been working with Randy Schmitz and Clarissa Cooper from Scenic Specialties to design approaches
to connect the Wobegon Trail to the Downtown through streetscape /landscape design and treatments.
You will learn of potential approaches and your feedback is desired.
Again, the meeting is at 3:00 p.m. at City Hall (conference room lower level) next Wednesday, June 23`d
