BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Monthly the Police Chief and Administrator meet with the Deans of the
St. Benedict and St. John's along with the security director for each campus. The purpose of the
meetings are to address items of concern including planning for large campus events that will have an
impact on the community. It was decided last year that annually the deans should address the Council
just as an update.
