Planning Commission Agenda Item 5 MEETING DATE: September 13, 2010 AGENDA ITEM: Annual Interim Use Permit Review Luke Birr, 212 Ash Street West SUBMITTED BY: Administration STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Recommend renewal of the Interim Use Permits for 212 Ash Street West. PREVIOUS PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The Planning Commission reviewed the annual Interim Use Permits at the August meeting. At the time of the August meeting the City Office had not received the required information from the property owner at 212 Ash Street West. In addition, the property owner failed to complete the rental process in 2009 -2010. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The property owner has satisfied all the requirements for licensing for both the 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 license year. The process included a fine equated at 4% per day and with the rental license fee for each year, interim use fees and fines, the total amount due was over $ 900.00. Luke Birr has one payment remaining which will be complete next week.
