BOARD /COMMISSION /COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The City Council met jointly with St. Joseph Township and the City of
Waite Park to consider an amendment to the Orderly Annexation Agreement and Memorandum of
Understanding redefining the land use process in the Orderly Annexation Area.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Depending on the hearing on October 4, 2010 additional action by the
Council may be needed.
