PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: At the last Council meeting the Council request staff look at potential
assessment polices and place the matter on the agenda.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The staff has started looking at Assessment Policies in the area and will
looking at bringing information forward at the next meeting.
