PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The City Council executed an agreement with Allied Waste for refuse
removal of the years 2009, 2010 and 2011.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Jamie Phenow is no longer with Allied Waste and our new account
representative is Jeff Grunenwald. Annually Allied Waste provides an update to the City Council.
