2011 Fee Schedule — Requested Action: Adopt the 2011 Fee Schedule

PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: Council conducted a public hearing on the proposed 2011 fees on
November 18, 2010. Council will discuss the fees at the December 2 workshop prior to the council
meeting.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: A public hearing is required under State Statutes prior to
changing the fee schedule. The public was allowed to speak on the proposed 2011 fee schedule at the
November 18, 2010 council meeting. Council did not adopt the fee schedule at the November 18th
meeting to allow time for further deliberation and consideration. The fees proposed to increase include
park rental, compost permits, utility fees, water connection charges and a couple development fees.
