Backgroundd:
As the EDA is aware, Haarvey and Carrol Pfannensttein have beeen considerinng an expansion of
st
the retail/proccessing facilitty at 26 1Avvenue Northwwest.
Mr. Pfannensstein has infoormed me thaat the project wwill move aheead with consstruction startting in
the Spring off 2011.
Mr. Pfannensstein is seeking assistancce for the prooject in the foorm of tax inccrement finanncing.
Over the nexxt few monthss Pfannensteinn, his CPA, his contractor, our TIF conssultant and I wwill be
meeting to geet the informaation for the ppreliminary TIFF application together for ssubmittal.
However, prior to submittaal the Pfanneenstein’s wannted to share their ideas foor their projecct with
the EDA. Following this aa discussion rregarding the creation of thhe TIF plan wwith proceedss from
eevenue (1-4) is kindly requuested.

Barring an emmergency Haarvey and/or CCarol will attennd the EDA mmeeting.
Action:
EDA consideeration of usinng excess TIFF to pay for TTIF plan (estimmate cost $7,,500 to $15,0000) is
kindly requessted. I will conntact other BFFA applicantss to inquire ass to status of ttheir projects given
the need to ccreate a TIF ddistrict/plan.
