RE: Election of Officers 2011
Background
The EDA is required to elect officers at the first official meeting of each calendar year. The following
appointments to offices were made at the January 27, 2010 EDA meeting:
Chair: Dale Wick (Council Member, term expires with Council Term, unless
re-elected).
Vice Chair: Ken Jacobson (At-large representative; term expires 2011).
Treasurer: Tom Skahen (At-large representative, term expires 2013).
Secretary: Carolyn Yaggie-Heinen (At-large representative, term expires 2012).
Action:
Appointment of the following officers for 2011:
Chair
Vice Chair
Treasurer
Secretary
