Disbursemment of BFA GGrant: Millstreeam Shops and Lofts

Backgroundd:
At the Novemmber 24, 20100 regular meeeting the EDAA approved aa Business Faaçade Architeectural
Grant Prograam applicatioon submitted by Colleen PPetters of Millstream Shops/Lofts. Thee BFA
grant request related to a 550 sf retail sspace availabble at Millstreaam Shops.
The approveed BFA appliccation was too install a platte glass doorr to make a 5550 sf retail sspace
available for lease spacee. The door has been insstalled at a ccost of $2,5117.00. Attachhed is
signed contraact for the impprovement.

grant disbur
EDA consideeration of the ssement is kinddly requested.
