Jerome Salzer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and read the legal notice.
Leonard Bechtold explained that he wished to attach parcels 31.20803.0000 (Tract A) and 31.20803.000
(Tract B) to 31.20803.006 (Tract C) in Section 12. Tract A is approximately 70% wetland.
Salzer said the split is OK with Stearns County.
John Meyer asked to clarify the zoning and wanted to make sure it was not A-40.
Richard Schultz asked if the North /South Corridor was going to be affected by the split. Judy Weyrens, City
Administrator, assured him it would not be affected.
Motion was made by Ross Rieke, seconded by Ralph Eiynck and carried unanimously to approve the
Administrative Split for Leonard and Marcella Bechtold authorizing execution of a certificate of compliance
authorizing the joining of three separate parcels with the understanding that the administrative split does
not convey development rights.
Motion was made by Ralph Eiynck, seconded by Hal Undersander and carried unanimously to adjourn
at 7:35 p.m.
