BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Before the Department heads begin the budget process we are
requesting the Council have some discussion as to what their goals is for this budget cycle. We will not
have any information to handout as this is the kickoff to the budget. The Council will receive the first
draft for the first meeting in August.
