Councilors • RLF Application Review, Processing, Approval. Steve Frank • Correspondence with media. Bob Loso • Facilitation of request for asbestos abatement — Cone Castle. Renee Symanietz • Presentation to Chamber of Commerce. Dale Vick • Facilitation of request for TIF Assistance — St. Joe Meat Market. • Facilitation of request for excess TIF use — St. Joe Meat Market. • Facilitation of request for excess TIF use - Millstream Shops /Lofts. • Draft TIF Agreement, RLF Agreement, and Development Agreements for St. Joseph Food Co- Op /Prego Properties, Millstream Shops /Lofts, and Meat Market. • Special joint meeting EDA/CC. • Working Group presentation to CC. • Close out MIF to loan VicWest — close out with Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). • Research CEDS project transition, submittal of grant requests, follow -up.
