development organization formation (Don Hickman, Initiative Foundation

6:25 p.m. 4. Central MN Transportation Alliance presentation (Doug Weiszhaar, Chair &
Carl Kuhl, Executive Director)
6:40 p.m. 5. Legislative Issues and Priorities for 2012 — discussion of draft prepared by
Area Mayors & Administrators
7:20 p.m. 6. New Community & Collaboration Initiatives updates
• Police — gang task force staffing agreement renewal
• Public Works — multi -city sealcoat bid & compost facility exploration
• Cable Franchise Agreement renewal process
