The City of St. Joseph does hereby certify that, pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Section 505.3,

Subdivision 2, the plat entitled, College 2 Addition, has been submitted to and written
comments have been received from the Stearns County Highway Department.
Written comments submitted by the Stearns County Highway Department designates as “Exhibit
A” are attached hereto and made a part thereof.
