At the March 23, 2011 regular meeting the EDA approved a Business Fagade Architectural

Grant Program application submitted by Jeff Engholm and the St. Joseph Food Cooperative for

improvements to signage and fagade work at Minnesota Street Market. The property is at 21
West Main Street.

The EDA has received invoices (that were paid by the Co -Op) from two contractors. The
invoices total $2,380.08. 1 have requested itemized statement for the Mike Lee invoice. Copies

are attached.

Councilors Jeff Engholm on behalf of the St. Joseph Food Cooperative has submit ed an application to the

Steve Frank Business Fapade Architectural Grant Program to assist with the design and construction of
Bob Loso exterior improvements and signage to the structure at 21 West Minnesota Street commonly
Renee Symanietz known as Loso's Store. The improvements are related to the building opening as "Minnesota
Dale Wick Street Market" the retail component of a local food cooperative recently established. A copy of
the application was unable to be delivered today due to inclement weather. The BFA application
FDA will be forwarded to EDA Members and post on the City website when available.
