PREVIOUS PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: On October 3, 2011 the Planning Commission
conducted a public hearing for the preliminary plat for the plat entitled Professional Plat. The
Commission recommended the Council approve the preliminary plat with the access road paved,
complete with curb and gutter.
On October 6, the property owner representative requested the Council only require a portion of the
road to be constructed with the other sections built as development occurs. Since this was a change
from the approval of the Planning Commission, reconsideration is required.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The revised drawings were submitted to staff late Tuesday of last week
and the Engineer will have comments before the meeting.

on October 3, 2011.
