AGENDA ITEM: Final Plat /Development Agreement — Professional Plat

BOARD /COMMISSION /COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission has
recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat and if the final plat is consistent with the preliminary
plat, they do not review again. In the case of the professional plat it is consistent with the preliminary
plat.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The City Council approved the preliminary plat for the professional plat
on October 20, 2011.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Staff has been working on finalizing the plat and developers agreement.
The final details of the plat have been completed; the development agreement is still in progress. The
final development agreement will be forwarded via email.

REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to execute the Final Plat
