RE: Coborn's Superstore Tax Abatement
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the Tax Abatement Agreement with the City of St. Joseph, enclosed is a
payment in the amount of $ 50,000 for the abated taxes for 2011. The amount represents the
maximum abated taxes received greater than the 2009 taxes paid for the Coborn's
Superstore, Central MN Credit Union and CentraCare Health Clinic in St. Joseph.
