AGENDA ITEM: Liquor License — Requested Action: Approve the non-
intoxicating liquor license for the St. Joseph Recreation
Association.

BOARD /COMMISSION /COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The liquor license was removed from the agenda in December as
they did not forward the application and necessary material. Since that time the information has been
received.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The Recreation Association holds a liquor license for the softball
season with the license beginning in April 2012.

the St. Joseph Recreation Association as requested.
