State Statutes and EDA By -Laws require the EDA to conduct an annual meeting. As a part
Councilors of this meeting an election of EDA officers is scheduled. A copy of the by -laws is attached

Renee Symanietz As of the date of this memo my understanding is that the expired term of EDA
Dale Wick Commissioner Heinen is to be filled. At this time I have not received any official information
or discussed the matter with the Mayor who is responsible for appointments. As such, I
EDA have no knowledge of what is the status of Heinen's reappointment/replacement.

Heinen EDA Board appointments for 2011 were as follows:
Chad Davey Dale Wick (term commensurate with elected office) — Council representative
Steve Frank Chad Davey (term expires 2017) — at large representative
Tom Skahen Carolyn Yaggie- Heinen (term expires 2012) — at large representative
Dale Wick Tom Skahen (term expires 2013) — at large representative
Steve Frank (term commensurate with elected office) — Council representatives
The 2011 Officers were:
Chair — Dale Wick,
Vice Chair — Tom Skahen,
Treasurer — Tom Skahen, and
Secretary/Assistant Treasurer — Carolyn Yaggie- Heinen.
Action:
Nominations for the Board Officers shall be made during the meeting.
A MOTION to elect the following officer positions is in order:
Chair
Vice Chair
Treasurer
Secretary
