NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Joint Planning Board of the
St. Joseph Township - City of St. Joseph will hold a public hearing on
Monday, February 13, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall to consider
the request of Melrose Associates, Melrose MN, to obtain an Administrative
Subdivision to attach a portion of approximately 5.45 acres of parcel
31.20633.0000 to parcel 31.20636.0000 in Section 3 of the St. Joseph
Township.
All interested persons are invited to attend.

fee is paid, administrative subdivision approval can be issued.
