Dale Wick At the January EDA meeting when discussing goals to include in the 2012 Annual Report, Council
and EDA Board Member Frank recommended the EDA work with the City Council on issues related
EDA to downtown parking, relocating power lines in the downtown, and future use of the former Credit
Carolyn Yaggie— Union site recently purchased by the City.

Steve Frank In addition, EDA Board Chair and Council Member Wick noted periodic meetings of the EDA and
Chad Davey City Council usually occurred at the beginning of each year, similar to one held in February of 2011.
Tom Skahen The purpose of those meetings is to identify and work together on mutual goals, activities, and
Dale Wick projects.
To those ends the City Council and EDA will meet in joint session at the beginning of the February
22, 2012 regular EDA meeting.
ACTION:
Discussion with the City Council.
