I had to make another TIF payment to Millstream for proceeds in the Jan 2012 tax settlement and to
reimburse 90% of the Market Value Credit received for the project. Attached is the letter I sent.

RE: TIF 2 -1, Millstream Shops & Lofts, Tax Settlement
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the Tax Increment Financing Agreement with the City of St. Joseph,
enclosed is a payment in the amount of $ 1,284.90 for the clean-up tax settlement in January
2012 for 2011 and market value homestead credit received for the property. This represents
90% of the increment received from the district as noted in the Development Agreement.
