Background.
EDA As you are aware, a new goal established for the EDA this year is to meet with representatives
Carolyn Yaggie— from projects /developments that have been through the development process and regulatory
Heinen framework in the City of St. Joseph. The goal is to reflect on current standards.

Steve Frank I've reached out to Jason Neuerburg with Cone Castle, Chris Rice who represented Coboms
Tom Skahen throughout the development of the superstore, and Harvey Pfannenstein at St. Joe Meat
Dale Wick Market.
I've invited them to attend a meeting to reflect on the local development process and regulatory
framework in St. Joseph; looking specifically for insight on what went smooth, what could have
been better, how we compare to other communities.
Jason Neuerburg and Harvey Pfannenstein will be attending the March 28 meeting.
